One God.
“We believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.” The United Methodist Church has a great deal in common with other Christian denominations, although perhaps with a little less formality.

We believe in an “open communion”, which means anyone who asks can receive communion.

We believe that good people do good works. We are active in local mission projects and community service.
